Enrollment Packet
Before filling out our Registration Packet we highly recommend talking to our Registrar on the phone first to make sure you understand how our program works and if it is a good fit for your family. Once you are sure OPHC is a good fit, this paperwork is the next step in the Registration process.
Here is our Registration Packet for the 2023-2024 school year:
You will also need to do an online Choice Transfer Request (see link below). This request is necessary for all students regardless of whether or not they have been in public school before.
Please note when doing online choice transfers your "home school district" is the district where you physically reside, i.e. Port Angeles if you live in Port Angeles. You will request to transfer to Crescent School District and then pick "Home Connection".
After your paperwork is received and processed, you will receive an email from the Registrar with a login username and password to SDS - the program where we keep track of your child's learning plan, the workshops your child is attending, progress reports and other information.
At the time of receiving your SDS login information, you will also be assigned a Certified Teacher Advsior. Your advisor will help you come up with a learning plan that is a good fit for your child. Once your learning plan is approved and your choice transfer has been accepted, your child is officially registered with Olympic Peninsula HomeConnection!
